CINEMECANNICA Victoria 5 Projector

Title

CINEMECANNICA Victoria 5 Projector

Description

Installed as new in the White Palace in 1970 the projector was removed to the Curzon cinema at Clevedon when the Pontyprid Cinema closed. The Victoria 5 is a well engineered machine from Italy and was installed in many Odeon cinemas and multiplexes. It utilises a turret lens mount thus a range of applications was possible. The 'A' (Cinemascope) lens was fitted forward of the turret. It was removed from the Curzon projection room in 2007.
